Confluence Park is a new community center in the Rose City Park district. The center has space for the neighbors of the district. The new refugee population comes to Portland from different countries around the world. In Confluence Park, there are classrooms, a community room, a computer lab, and a cafe for the guests. Also, the community center has a social service office for people that need help and residential units for the refugee population.
